Following the rebrand, the company will effect respective entity name changes progressively. Clients, vendors, and business partners will be notified as these changes take effect. All other company details remain unchanged.

The OSV operator took inspiration for the name from the sea palm Eisenia Arborea, an underwater forest critical to coastal ecosystems that enables the flourishing of life at sea.

According to Aesen, the name change embodies the company’s vision to be an enabler of energy transformation from land to sea.

The company has a fleet of over 120 vessels and provides integrated logistics solutions with operations spread out across the Asia Pacific region, the Middle East, and Africa.
